Please do not book onto this class if you are a new member to studio. Please contact the studio in the first instance. 0 to 8 weeks Introduction to pole fitness. Basic moves spins climbs and pirouettes. Gentle conditioning. Single moves. Working both sides. Muscle memory basic flow. Basic technique / and knowledge of named moves . Chair spin. Firman spin Attitude spin Front / back spin

Cancellation Policy
Please note 24 hour notice must be given for cancellation of classes. If you cancel before 24 hours, your credit will be returned for use on another class. If you do not cancel within 24 hours, your credit will be lost. All credits must be used within a 4 week rolling period.
