Booking

If you are unsure of your level, please speak to your instructor. 

Workshops and Private Lessons will be booked in house at the Studio. Please keep an eye on the members Facebook page or talk to your instructor directly. 

 

If you are a New Member, please contact the studio.

RULES​

There is a 24 hour cancellation notice if you cannot make your booked class. This credit will be lost if you have not given notice and cancelled your class.

​The class register will close 3 hours before the class so you will be unable to add last minute bookings. 

Each class needs a minimum of 3 members to run. If we don't, the class will be cancelled and the credit will be returned for you to use for another class.

PRICING PLANS

Things you need to know!

  1. CASH PAYERS - Please note if you are a cash payer, you do not need to purchase a pricing plan online for your classes. Please pay your instructor in person and they will record what plan you have and how many sessions you have used. Please ensure you still book your classes online, but that you select the ‘pay in person’ option.

  2. EVERY FOUR WEEKS – Please note that plans are valid for four weeks. So your payment will not come out on the 1st of every month, it will come out every four weeks of the date you purchased it.

  3. TIME TO PROCESS PAYMENTS – Unfortunately it usually takes the system around 2 days to process your payments – please be mindful of these when you are booking classes and work backwards when allocating your classes within those 4 weeks to ensure that you can book all your classes within the four weeks.

  4. CANCELLING PLANS – See below how to cancel your plans. If you are having issues with your plan you can cancel it and rebuy if the classes aren’t aligning with your payment dates. Wix are looking to improve this feature so I will keep you updated as time goes on.  

  5. AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS – Payments will come out automatically every four weeks unless you opt out our cancel your plan. Please note these usually take around 2 days to process.

How to book a class:

  1. Create a membership

  2. Log into www.studio11aerialfitness.com

  3. Select ‘Book Online’ tab

  4. Look at the class schedule and select which class you want to book and select ‘Book’

  5. Complete the Client details form this will autosave so you only need to complete it once

  6. Make sure that you select the correct payment method on the dropdown box. If you have a plan purchased, you can select this from the dropdown menu, if you are a cash payer you do not need a plan and just choose ‘pay in person’.

  7. If you are booking more than once class select ‘Add to Cart’ and repeat the process, when you are finished adding your classes select ‘Book Now’

  8. The system will take the credit from your plan if you have one and you will get a pop up confirmation on booking and you will also receive an email confirmation.

How to cancel a class:

  1. Make sure you are logged into your account

  2. Select the little person icon at the top of the page

  3. Choose ‘My Bookings’

  4. Select ‘Manage’

  5. Choose ‘Cancel’

Please note that if your class is within 24 hours of cancellation you can’t cancel it online – you will loose you credit. Please let your instructor know.
