About Louise:
"I started pole back in March 2015 after buying a Groupon voucher and was instantly hooked! Totally fell in love with it! Since then, I've always been a bit of an explorer, trying different styles and learning something from each style, workshop, instructor and student I've worked with.
What inspires me isn't just from pole, but bringing other aerial and movement-based practices in has really shaped how I pole today and it's something I look to share with my students, whether it's tricks, combos, contemporary, heels, I just love all of it. My favourite will always be pole theatre - being able to tell a story and evoke emotion. During my pole life I spent 3 years in New Zealand and it was actually my partner that encouraged me to blend my non-pole life, as someone working in the Learning and Development industry, with my pole life to become an instructor and personal trainer."

Iron X or Human Flag

I also do aerial hoop and have done aerial silks."
