Tracey has 12 years' pole fitness experience, teaching for over six of those years. She has completed her PDC Level 3 qualification and First Aid training.
"My love for pole fitness is still as fresh today as it was when I first started over 12 years ago. I was lucky enough to be able to pass on my knowledge and passion in classes and now have over 6 years of teaching experience. I still enjoy the learning process and being a student myself whenever I can."
"My favourite move has to be the Superman, although some of my students can't quite find the same love for this one!!"
"My partner once asked me.... 'if you had to give up pole fitness or me, which would you chose' ....so I was honest and told him I met the pole first!!"
"I saw a pole for the very first time at a student union fair (I was only there for the free pizza of course!) and was instantly mesmerised by the performer. How graceful she was, it seemed like she was not affected by gravity at all! I booked my first session within the same week and have been hooked ever since!"
"I absolutely adore pole. It makes me feel free, powerful and is a constant reminder that you can achieve anything with the right amount of dedication, mistakes and practice. In my opinion this is a major lesson that translates to any aspect of life really."
"There is nothing like the feeling you get when you finally nail a move you dreamt of for years and never even thought possible!"
"I’m French. Yes I love cheese. And No it doesn’t cause nightmares, it makes you happy and your muscles grow !"
Pole & Teen Spin Instructor
Lou has over 6 years' experience and is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer. She has Xpert Pole Instructor Levels 1&2, Xpert Instructor Levels 3&4, Xpert Spin Pole Instructor, PDC 3 Star Instructor and is First Aid trained.
"I started pole back in March 2015 after buying a Groupon voucher and was instantly hooked! Totally fell in love with it! Since then, I've always been a bit of an explorer, trying different styles and learning something from each style, workshop, instructor and student I've worked with.
What inspires me isn't just from pole, but bringing other aerial and movement-based practices in has really shaped how I pole today and it's something I look to share with my students, whether it's tricks, combos, contemporary, heels, I just love all of it. My favourite will always be pole theatre - being able to tell a story and evoke emotion. During my pole life I spent 3 years in New Zealand and it was actually my partner that encouraged me to blend my non-pole life, as someone working in the Learning and Development industry, with my pole life to become an instructor and personal trainer."
Iron X or Human Flag
Lou has summited Mount Tarakani, a dormant volcano standing at 2,518 m that is located on the west coast of New Zealand's North Island. She can also touch her nose with her tongue!

I’ve been teaching yoga for almost 10 years in and around Bristol and I offer a few different styles such as Vinyasa flow and Ashtanga which can be quite dynamic and strength building, but also gentler styles such as Yin yoga which are great for improving flexibility and mobility.
When I’m not teaching yoga, I’m busy practicing holistic therapies, also in Bristol or at nearby summer festivals. All abilities are welcome to my Friday 10 am class.
Meg has 3.5 years' dancing experience and is a certified level 4 pole dancer & PDC approved (3 star) pole dancing instructor.
"I am 24 years old from Keynsham. I absolutely love dogs and enjoy spending my spare time going on long dog walks. I used to do gymnastics and ballet as a child. As a teenager I always wanted to get back into it but just never actually got round to it as I felt I had left it too late. Then I found pole and I haven’t looked back since. I also do aerial hoop and have done aerial silks."
Meg is double jointed in her fingers and toes & she loves Harry Potter.
Meg has almost 4 years pole experience and is a certified PDC approved (3 star) pole instructor. She is also a fully qualified personal trainer and nutritionist.
“I first started pole back in 2018 and have never looked back. I remember my first session like it was yesterday, I was so unconfident and absolutely not a dancer.
I’ve been a full time PT for almost 6 years now and love to see people achieve things they never thought they could do. Seeing people grow in confidence is hugely rewarding, so I’m buzzing to now be able to channel that drive into the pole world too"
Ayesha or any Flag variation
“I took myself off for a solo skydive to celebrate my 30th birthday because I love skydiving…safe to say I’d never do it again! The fear of relying on yourself to land and open your parachute is a little too much for me – strap me to an instructor any day!”
