Aerial Fitness Classes
At Studio 11 we offer a wide range of classes from beginner level to advanced including pole, hoop, silks & sling. Classes are 7 days a week am & pm.
We have set classes for children & teenagers.

Pole Fitness
Empowering confidence in non mixed ability classes from beginners level up.
If you want to become fitter, stronger, more flexible then pole fitness is for you.
Aerial Hoop
Lesson taught by Nicky, an award winning aerial specialist, most recently performing for Cirque du Soleil. She has performed worldwide as a freelance aerial artist at events for the Royal families of the UK, UAE, Malaysia and Belgium; at high-scale corporate galas and launches (alongside such stars as Prince, Elton John, Seal and Katherine Jenkins); at festivals (Goodwood Festival of Speed, Glastonbury and the Henley Festival); on cruise ships (Costa Cruise Line); in traditional circuses (Circus Flora, Circus Smirkus, the Zoppe Family Circus) and theatrical circus shows (Pendulum Aerial Dance).
Designated classes also available for 13 - 16 years only after school.
Aerial Silks
Aerial Silks uses two lengths of fabric, secured from the ceiling, and involves defying gravity and using your strength to climb and manoeuvre the silks.
Studio 11 are currently offering classes on this and workshops.

All of a Spin
Designated class for 7 - 12 years only.
Tuesdays/ Wednesday at 4:30pm
This class mixes fitness with a spinning / static Pole - having fun building confidence and making new friends. In a safe supportive environment.
Strictly PE kit or Studio 11 All of a Spin kit. Age appropriate music at all times.
Teen Spin
Giving the teenagers a class of their own. This class is suitable from 13 to 15 years only. Friday 5pm till 6pm with all the benefits as above but for teenagers only !
This class mixes fitness with a spinning / static Pole - having fun building confidence and making new friends. In a safe supportive environment.
Strictly PE kit or studio 11 Teen Spin kit. Age appropriate music at all times.
Pole flow in Pleasers
Time to get your pleasers out and get empowered!
You will need a minimum of 10 weeks pole fitness experience for our pole flow in pleasers classes.
Introductory workshops are available.
Yoga
Yoga is a mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.
Classes involves movement, meditation, and breathing techniques to promote mental and physical well-being.
Feet Up
FeetUp Friday 11.10 am this 50 minute class incorporates hand weights/ stretch bands and yoga blocks as well as your FeetUp stool as part of your core conditioning session.
All abilities welcome.
Stretch, flex & Splits
Stretch and flex classes are stretching and mobility-based sessions that aim to improve functional capacity, recover better, and prevent injury.
They teach you how to properly activate and control important stabilizing muscles and perform movements with efficiency, while getting supple and energized
