Service Description

Must have at least 12 weeks experience of pole fitness. These classes are best suited to those with basic knowledge of level 1/2 Pole. Introduction to pole flow in pleaser heels workshops are recommended. Generally low flow. Spins and climbs. Routine work. When learning how to dance in high heel shoes you will find yourself engaging your core for balance, along with your calves, thighs, glutes, and hips – even your ankles get a good workout! These classes are full of Sass and sure to empower you with confidence!

Cancellation Policy

Please note 24 hour notice must be given for cancellation of classes. If you cancel before 24 hours, your credit will be returned for use on another class. If you do not cancel within 24 hours, your credit will be lost. All credits must be used within a 4 week rolling period.
